Forming the base of a solid, compact kit for smaller stages, the PDP by DW PD802562 New Yorker four-piece shell set brings the focussed and fat, yet warm sound of a poplar build. This fuss-free setup includes a tight 16 inch by 14 inch bass drum, a 10 inch by 8 inch rack tom, a 13 inch by 12 inch floor tom and a 14 inch by 5 inch snare. So a kick pedal can be accurately aimed at the centre of the batter head, the bass drum features a special lifter mount, while every shell has been dipped in Electric Green Sparkle and comes polished off with Remo drumheads and a full set of DW True Pitch tension rods that support stable tuning.
